🥊 BACK AT ilovekickboxing_boise_id 🥊 Yesterday night was my first kickboxing class in months. I cannot believe it’s been 3 months since I last put on my gloves 🥊 and kicked a bag. As I shared in my IG story, quarantine life consisted of takeout , lots of time on the couch, and bottling up emotions with no outlet. Don’t get me wrong: I didn’t mind supporting local & all, but certainly didn’t need to order out or do pickup as much. Then again, I was bored & we were all going thru a lockdown. So, must be patient with myself 🤷🏽‍♀️ That all said, I’m so happy I went to my first class. It’s the first step back to achieving my fitness goals. An added bonus during my first visit was signing the 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ class club sign! Thank you adearness for recording me signing it 🌟 I also won’t deny that I was hesitant to return to any fitness studio only because of social distancing.
