🥊 FITNESS FRIDAY 🥊
This is my 2020 mood: it’s not about being the best; it’s about being better than I was yesterday.
While I did not meet my ambitious December goal of 25 classes, I still made the honor roll. More importantly, I actually exercised during a busy holiday season.
For January, my wellness goals are small yet manageable: ✔️ 18 ilovekickboxing_boise_id classes ✔️ Meet minimum 💧 consumption each day ✔️ Meal prep each Sunday ✔️ 🍷 consumption once/week
I am less than 20 classes away from my 💯 class club milestone, I’ve lost inches , down 2 dress sizes. Most importantly, I’ve left emotions & stress on the bag, and have become physically stronger over these past 3 months.
Do I have a dramatic weight loss story to-date? No. Why? I am giving myself a full year to conquer the mindset I’ve been missing when it comes to health & wellness.
