CERTIFIED KITCHEN + BAKERY Hyde Park has a new spot for baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and cold drinks, and lunch 🥗. certifiedkitchenandbakery space formerly occupied by Certified Inc. Rug & Furniture Cleaners. The restaurant is the second concept from Lizzy and David Rex, who successfully opened the_wylder in 2017. Thanks to my tripsavvy Boise Staycation takeover, I had the chance to visit and try one of their signature sandwiches: the Certified. The Certified has egg, arugula, white cheddar, fresno crème fraiche on housemade English muffin. I added avocado 🥑 and bacon 🥓. Fun fact: they have a 53-year old sourdough starter (same one used for their pizza dough at The Wylder).
