🎄 DOWNTOWN BOISE TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY 🎄 TGIF, everyone! Another weekend in December means lots more holiday festivities to enjoy.. One of them is the downtownboise Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Grove Plaza. The original tree had a little accident , and it resulted it the ceremony to be postponed. So thankful the city_of_boise and boiseparksandrecreation were able to get the new tree situated. Tree Lighting ceremony starts at 6pm. Boise Mayor David Bieter will light the tree during a candlelit celebration presented by Idaho Central Credit Union. A military family from the Idaho Army National Guard will be joining Mayor Bieter on stage for the countdown.
