DINE OUT DOWNTOWN The dining continues, and this time I checked out my friends at drinkbeerboise 🍻 As part of downtownboise Restaurant Week, 10barrelbrewing is serving a $15 , 2-course dinner: COURSE 1: Slow-cooked pork belly served with bacon shallot orange marmalade, multicolor fingerling potato pave, roasted corn puree and finished with Ambre Roche sauce! 😱 COURSE 2 (DESSERT): Nutella Ganache Brownie! 😋⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Wow. That’s all I can say. The slow-cooked pork is tender, flavorful, and the perfect serving size. The brownie was incredible. I mean... blend of richness and boldness (there’s a little “kick” to the brownie). The popcorn adds this unique crunch that you don’t really think would add to the flavor. It definitely does!
