BRIXX CRAFT HOUSE TAILGATE Aside from watching the game, what do YOU enjoy most about tailgating? Hmm 🤔.. me... it’s good food + 🍺. Today I got a chance to kickoff the boisestatefootball season at Brixx. And they have a BBQ smoker onsite, and it’s AHHHH-MAZING! Holy smokes 🔥From the pit, I got a sample of everything: beef brisket, baby back ribs, and chicken. And their sides?! The succotash is light and fresh. Their slaw is flavorful and compliments the smoky flavors of the BBQ. Oh the cornbread. #MyWeakness. I never had Tijuana Corn 🌽 (corn on the cob with sour cream and spice). This slushy is nice & crisp — exactly how I like to enjoy it 😉 And I’m thankful I did! brixxcrafthouse doesn’t only have that prime rib dinner I featured; they also have this awesome community of BSU fans who want a great space to watch the game, dine, and cheer.
