☀️ FLOAT THE RIVER ☀️ Happy Tuesday & happy first day of floating the river! Sooo, if you’re wondering what “floating the river” means, it’s a popular summer activity where you start at Barber Park and float the Boise River to Ann Morrison Park. It’s a tradition that locals enjoy & share with you when you say you’re new or visiting. You can rent large floats (or bring your own) and enjoy 6
Miles of river time. The park has air stations, a raft, and tube rental and a shuttle bus service. The float takes approximately 2-3 hours (about 6 miles). Before you head to Barber Park, please make sure you familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations. Ada County creates a “Let’s Float the Boise River 2019 Guide” where it provides a synopsis of expectations and how to positively maximize your experience ⭐️. head to my stories & I provide a link to the guide itself.
