BISTRO BABE FOOD TRUCK Happy #FoodTruckFriday! Today’s feature is bistrobabe1 . This new food truck serves up some delicious sandwiches made from fresh ingredients. When I went to the usual food truck spot (corner of 5th and State), I went to say hi to Tarah & Jeff from offthegridpizza . She suggested I visit & try out Bistro Babe , particularly her deep fried Brussels sprouts. I headed over to the truck and ordered the Canadian Bacon BLT 🥓 🍞. OMG 😮 ❤️ IT WAS SOOOO GOOD and fresh and yummy and 🚫 guilt. The bread was so soft & it complimented the crunch of the lettuce and bacon. I was hesitant of having a glob of Mayo on the sandwich 🥪 . This Mayo is NOT like any other Mayo I’ve had before. It’s basil flavored. Next time I’ll try their deep fried Brussel sprouts .
