GERMAN PANCAKE Dining at Elmer’s Diner ( elmers_restaurants ) is like dining in someone’s own kitchen. From extensive wall paper , small animal figurines (rabbits, puppies, etc.), to wooden tables, it’s cozy and the ideal diner experience. It’s also the home of the German Pancake. A German pancake is made from a combination of farm-fresh “AA” eggs, milk and flour is blended and baked to golden brown. It’s topped with lemon wedges, powdered sugar, and whipped butter.
