Last night was such a treat! thisishowyouvegan and lemontreeboise hosted a vegan 🌱 friendgiving for Vegan Bite Night. I was completely blown away. From the table setting to the wine offerings (sawtoothwinery) to the great company (including owners of limeandacoconut , figgybakes , Melissa from idproaccounting) — it was a great evening! Omg the food. Wow 😮. My photos don’t do much justice, but it was quite the spread. This photo is of the curried butternut squash soup topped with cashew cream. Vegan meatloaf, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, cranberries, and dessert 🍮. Big congrats to thisishowyouvegan for this amazing event. And lemontreeboise , their upstairs space is so perfect for a community styled dinner (or maybe a collabovercompetitionmixer brunch?!).
