While walking around #HydeParkStreetFair, I was in the mood for a drink but not alcohol. So, of course I stumble across erthbevco. erthbevco is a local company that makes botanical sodas. Their motto is “medicinally minded for the holistically curious.” I was indeed curious. Fortunately, I was able to sample prior to purchasing. I was torn on what to get. I ended up getting the Raspberry Ginger - a switchel made from fruit, apple cider vinegar, and raw honey. I used to include ACV in my morning routine, but I will continue this fall. The Raspberry Ginger is tasty, can’t really taste the ACV, and zero guilt drinking it. Plus, after visiting their website and reading their medium blog, their values and mission as a business are quite admirable.
