Today is the 4th Annual LatinoFest 2018 here at the Basque Block. The Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Consulate of Mexico partnered to host this event. LatinoFest aims to enrich the cultural life of Idaho and promote relations between Hispanics and the local community, sharing our culture and artistic expressions such as music, dance, food, visual art workshops and more. And the food?! Omg 😲😋 Whether you're craving some tacos, Cuban sandwiches, Columbian empanadas, authentic churros sundae -- I'm mean, it's all here. Lots of music, dancing 💃🏼 , and celebrating. The event runs till 10pm. As for me, I opted to get Colombian food. I haven't had any since moving to Boise. Their cuisine includes a heavy use of potatoes 🥔. So, so good! The restaurant is El Cafetal and it's located in Nampa.
