While in high school, Trent worked at local coffee roasting companies and quickly grasped the art of roasting. Before he knew it, he purchased his own roasting machine and served coffee out of his parents' garage (and they still do to this day!) You can find idahojaspercoffee on 5th and State M-Thur and on 26th Street between Irene and Sunset on Sat and Sun. Trent was so knowledgeable about coffee. I requested something strong (long week!) but also sweet. I ended up ordering a 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 mocha lattes with a shot of expresso 😎.
