With its start as a mobile kitchen at the boisefarmersmarket in 2013, thefunkytaco opened up this past March with its first brick-and-mortar. With eclectic art hanging on the wall (bonus points if you can name the musicians whose portraits are hanging on the wall), and sea of color splash across its walls, thefunkytaco is where you go for "farm to funky fare."
