I got a small Rocky Road. The owner is a Nampa native, and he wanted to bring an ice cream parlor where families and kids can enjoy. stellasicecream serves up small batch ice cream flavors, baked goods, and fun floats. They're having their grand opening this Saturday, March 31st! I enjoy the open modern space, as well as the murals surrounding the building. It's right in downtownnampa, next to boisefryco_nampa .
