At 24, Nikki quit her job, sold all her stuff, and decided to head to Europe to see the world beyond Boise. She was tired of the dating scene. Little did she know she'll meet her future Scottish hubby, Graham. Nikki met Graham at her London going away party 🎉. After the party, they exchanged info and went their separate ways. When Nikki returned to Boise, Graham messaged her saying "I shouldn't have let you leave."
