🎶 BOP. BOP. BOP. Yup, that's what I sing when I'm about to order cupbopidaho. No, seriously. Not only is the food 🥘 ridiculously good, but the high energy staff makes the dining experience complete. Yes cupbopidaho is a recognizable Food Truck (bright yellow), but it now has its own restaurant in Meridian! I got a chance to checkout their new digs, and I (barely) beat the big rush. Jung (owner) greets everyone and makes you feel like part of the cupbopidaho fam. If the food truck being in Boise stopped you from trying them out, you now can head to Meridian.
