Last night I went to my second yelpboise event at blokandco in Meridian. I enjoyed myself so much at my first event back in August that I was eager to return to my next one. This was a "Bean to Brew" event, where formandfunctioncoffee described the exact steps to brew coffee, Including the science behind the creation of the coffee bean. blokandco served complimentary samples of their food: warm fresh cinnamon buns, strawberry danish, potato chowder, and Dutch grilled cheese. blokandco is that local coffee shop with a laid back vibe, open inviting space, and the right amount of options to where you won't feel overwhelmed.
