{#BOIBucketListTravels} I arrived safely to cityofmanhattan , and I decided to checkout the foodie scene (surprise, surprise). I looked up "best places to eat" and bourbonandbaker magically came up. As I was perusing the menu, my eyes 👀 immediately spotted chicken and waffles. Yes!! My wonderful server Casey reinforced my selection when she said it was her favorite. Ok, so during my time living in ATL, I had some delicious 😋 chicken and waffles. This right here can stand with southern servings. The cinnamon sugar waffle is fresh made to order. The chicken fried in peanut oil, with hot sauce mixed in the batter (hot sauce in me bag.. swag). The waffle is then placed on top of a bed of red hot sauce with fresh maple syrup drizzle on top. Ohhh my gawddd!! Seriously. The maple syrup cools the hot sauce before it meets your lips 👄. Highly recommended if visiting .
