Today I get to spend the day at collegeofidaho with young high schoolers as part of the idaho_hys (yes sometimes I work on Saturday's 😉). To my delight, I saw a tray of Mexican 🇲🇽 sweet bread 🍞 (aka pan dulce). This is a concha. It's as bright pink in person as it is in the photo. Concha is sweet, rich, and quite filling. You can get concha from any Mexican pastry shop. If you'd like to try pastries from different cultures, I suggest you start with Mexican sweet bread. You won't regret it!
