Earlier this week I met with Lisa from truffles_etc . She invited me over to try some of her truffles. Can I say how delicious these truffles are?! Ok - back to the story 😉. Lisa does all her magic in the commercial kitchen behind her house (how cool!). truffles_etc all started when Lisa wanted to make her own Mint Truffle.
