We are very proud to have been awarded NAIOP Pittsburgh's 2022 Catalytic Retail Award! ⠀ ⠀ Redevelopment of The Terminal has brought multiple retail “firsts” to the region, including golf training concept onparnow, golf entertainment concept puttshack, fitness concepts walkrunliftstudio and stretchlabstripdistrict, and Virginia-based craft brewer, aslinbeerco. ⠀ ⠀ As of Spring 2022, 69% of announced and to-be-announced leases have been signed by local and regional brands, operators and franchisors, including Lawrenceville-born citygrows_terminal, Upper St. Clair’s envynailspaterminal, Oakland-based hieberspharmacy, and pipandlola from Homestead.
