Meet the team: Sony Ton-Aime! Q: What do you do at Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures? A: I am the Executive Director. My role at Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures entails curating and sustaining initiatives and programs to further the organization’s mission, and working with the staff on the day-to-day tasks. Q: Tell us about a favorite moment (so far) working at Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures. A: There have been so many already. If I must choose one, I’d say my first day on the job. In the morning, the staff welcomed and gifted me with some specific Pittsburgh items, then later in the evening, I got to meet our patrons when we hosted a Ten Evenings lecture with Matthew Desmond. I got to do almost everything on my first day. There was no better way to start this journey.
