#MeetOurTeamMondays: Fernan Osorno is a college coach who joined the team in September. He recently graduated from the University of Bristol with a Ph.D. in Political Science. At Bristol, he worked as part of the services of the residence supporting first-year students transitioning to higher education and independent living and delivered outreach work to increase the uptake of young students from diverse backgrounds to higher education. He is originally from Mexico City, where he co-founded a literature magazine. Fernan has lived briefly in Pittsburgh before deciding to settle here last Spring. In his spare time, he loves to travel, play soccer, basketball, practice yoga, bake sourdough bread and spend time with his family.
