She was born and raised in western Pennsylvania and has experience counseling multiple different populations in the Pittsburgh area. Through her career and her own personal experience, she became passionate about working with young adults living through transitional phases and dealing with difficulties related to executive functioning. She enjoys practicing and teaching mindfulness in both her work with clients and in her own free time.
