There are a host of reasons why, here are a few important to us. -Quality control. We take tremendous pride in our craft & products, controlling all aspects, from obtaining only the highest quality ingredients, using best practices in sanitation, and maintaining a fresh & high quality product sold directly to the consumer. -Local. We believe that direct interaction with customers is what makes a business truly local.
