3 TIPS FOR YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY ⬇️
After years and years of fluctuating weight, self love ups and downs and changes in my diet and exercise. Here’s a couple things that have kept me sane and happy in my body ❤️
1. Make tangible, non aesthetic focused goals 🦋 - place less focus on how you look and more focus on goals you can track. Getting to the gym more times than last week or last month or on the opposite side, focusing on recovery/stretching/mobility more than before.🤸🏼♀️Tracking your food and creating that balance of fun foods and nutrition filled foods. Focus on examples like these rather than the way your body looks and your body goals will follow (without the stress of tearing yourself apart)
