Repost from mmitigerxc • Very proud of the way these Men competed yesterday, as they finished 24th in the Nation at the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships. There are nearly 80 teams in our Division across the country, 40 showed up on the line at Nationals, and we came out as a Top 25 program! We will take it, but will never be satisfied! The men were led by Jimmy Stover, followed by Daniel Gaffney, Tyler Malone, Jackson Gary, Logan Dunaway, and Brennan Whalen. These guys represented MMI, their families, friends, Conference, Region, home states (Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee), and each other with an abundance of class, hard work, and dedication to the goal. Proud of the finish and look forward to future growth within this Men's & Women's Cross Country program. The guys will look to recover quickly and compete in the Half Marathon Championships here in Richmond, Virginia on Tuesday morning before returning to Alabama. 🐅👊👊 #MarionMade #MMIXC #Tigers ...
