Coast Guard cadets went on tours of Reverie, Perry County Museum and Siloam Baptist Church this morning, guided by Ann Price, Paul Reitzer and John Nicholson. In the afternoon, Della Maynor took them to Coretta Scott King’s family homestead and church and then to the old Marion Jail, two historic landmarks on Marion’s Civil Rights tour. They also checked in at the Marion Welcome Center for it’s grand opening.
