A fitting recipient of the Alumni Weekend Honored Teacher Award on the 175th anniversary of the founding of MMI. David Ivey, whose grandfather graduated from MMI, was honored last night for his time dedicated to this school as an instructor, but his chronicle with MMI started well before he became a teacher, as a student, athlete, coach, admissions counselor and alumni brigade board member.
