A special #throwback ~ As I was walking through campus today, noticing how deserted it felt, two young alumni startled me as they walked around the corner of the Chapel. Daniel and Elizabeth Sawyer, class of 2012, met here at MMI. Daniel was a baseball player and Elizabeth was a Coast Guard Prep Cadet. Married just a year ago, Daniel and Elizabeth stopped by the old Alma Mater during their holiday travels to check out the campus and find their names etched in the Chapel bricks--a right of passage for those who have crossed the stage at MMI via convocation or graduation. The Sawyers currently reside in Houston, Texas and are both Math teachers. Welcome back to MMI, newlyweds!
