It’s #nationallingerieday I’ve always had a fascination with lingerie, as a symbol of womanhood more than anything. I used to pilfer my mother’s bra drawer, and I was obsessed with catching glimpses of lingerie in movies and on television. I worked in a lingerie store from age 15 til I was in my early 20s. My love of lingerie is genuinely what sparked my entire career, first with recreating vintage style pin-ups, then #burlesque. I’ve always thought of lingerie as something special to wear underneath my clothes, just for me. Eventually, I learned about the power of it for seduction, but I still feel that when you wear lingerie you love, for yourself first and foremost, that’s what masterful seduction is.
