it would be to dance like Cyd Charisse, my favorite female dancer of all time! ⁣ In this sensational scene, she’s partnered by John Brascia, Liliane Montevecchi (a Folies Bergère star!) with fantastic choreography by the legendary Hermes Pan. The dance is musically narrated by Sammy Davis Jr., and it’s from the film Meet Me in Las Vegas, 1956. ⁣ I collect Hollywood memorabilia from my favorite stars, and I have a few of Cyd Charisse’s personal things, a Bob Mackie dress, a coat with her name embroidered into it, and a pair of her black pointe shoes.
