Today we’re celebrating #BlackHistoryMonthy by highlighting two #newsanchors: trailblazer Max Robinson and gayleking. You probably know Gayle King from CBSMornings, but how about the late #BroadcastJournalist Max Robinson? Robinson, the first Black #broadcast network #news anchor in the US, gained notoriety in 1978 while co-anchoring ABC World News. Robinson’s talent and determination led him from local news stations in Virginia and Washington D.C. to a national network like ABCNews.
