Meditation is when I find myself giving the most gratitude.
Some of the few benefits of meditation that stick out to me is gaining new perspectives on stressful situations, focusing on the present moment, and reducing the negative emotions.
I practice with my feet elevated on the wall for about 10-15 minutes every night or in the morning. You can feel the shift in your body when you are finished. Make sure to stretch as you become more in tune with your breathing.
