Today’s meditation will be at your own pace, for as long as you want it to be. I suggest setting a timer if you have a set amount of time that you would like to meditate for. 15-30 minutes is a good amount of time, but remember that there is no correct or incorrect duration for your meditation, do what works for you today. I chose to lay down and elevate my legs today, but you can sit or orient yourself in any way that feels good for you. I always set a timer when I lie down for meditation because there can be a tendency to fall asleep. 🌈 Get comfortable ❤️Set a timer 🧡 Take 5-10 long breaths 💛 Observe how your body Feels 💚 Observe what’s on your mind, without judging 💙 Consider a color 💜 Whenever you notice your mind wandering, take a deep breath & focus on your color again - repeat this step throughout your meditation *adjust your body whenever you need to. #color #meditate #mindfulnessmeditation
