Fall is a transition season, like spring. Itโs the process of shifting from the hot and busy summer energy toward the cooler, darker, quieter energy of winter. Everything is shifting and it is often windy, so this is the time to get your feet firmly planted and stay grounded. Movement modalities like gardening, hiking, yoga and dance classes that use our feet and get into our legs are really beneficial for us this time of the year. It's also helpful to remember to rest and incorporate meditation into each day.
