📿Our tips for meditating... 🧘🏽‍♂️ Be comfortable. Sit on a bolster or Zafu. Lean your back against a wall if you’re feeling tired or unable to sit comfortably. Adjusting your body during mediation is ok. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Include aromatherapy for added focus. Try using eucalyptus or Zeetabody’s Clarity blend for mediation, use the oils that call to you for best results. 🧘🏿 Accept that the mind will wander, this is normal. One of my mentors over the years, Sherry Goldstein, taught me that the mind is similar to a puppy. As we work to train the mind, we must have patience. Just like the puppy who wants to run off and explore, our mind will do the same.
