We sliced the Brussels so they only needed 40 minutes to roast and the crunchy pieces are da bomb! πͺπΎ Baked Tofu with balsamic reduction. We like to keep a jar of the reduced balsamic vinegar in the pantry to use in a situation such as this one π€makes a simple meal elegant.
