2020 is the first year in which I can look back and not remember a time where I beat myself up about my weight. My weight fluctuated (I gained 20 lbs at one point - #quarantinethick) but I embraced it. I still made health goals for myself but I loved my body every step of the way ❤️ it took years of practice to get here but I’m so happy I worked towards this.
