Ellwood and Eastern Ave) Dogs of Charm City had this message to share: “In honor of Patterson Park being Dogs of Charm City’s unofficial office, we wanted to celebrate the simple joys this park brings our Baltimore furry friends! We might not be able to supply unlimited treats or reserve the perfect park pooping spot, but we most definitely can build them a library full of their favorite sticks.
