A Baltimore Police Officer is on full life support after being shot on-duty in South Baltimore. It happened around 1:35 a.m. Thursday, in the 4400 block of Pennington Avenue. Around that time, other officers received reports of a vehicle crash in the same area. It was soon discovered that one of their fellow patrol officers had been shot and crashed their cruiser. The officer was rushed to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, where she is in grave condition. She has been identified as Keona Holley a 2 year veteran of the force. In a press conference, Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said the gunman walked up behind the officer's marked patrol car and shot her.
