Why do we coach? Hockey or soccer or lacrosse is the vehicle, it's not THE reason behind our decision to be coaches, trainers, and mentors. We coach because we believe we can positively impact the lives of youth, high school, college, and professional athletes through sport. It's the little character talk after a practice or the quick lesson on the importance of taking ownership/responsibility or the opportunity to help an athlete work through a struggle...it's these moments that fuel our organization and our mission. #coaching #hockeycoach #sportscoach
