Psoriasis update: I unfortunately had to stop UVB treatments for my psoriasis due to the cost. I’m looking for different options and really starting to dive into changing my diet (reducing inflammatory foods and alcohol) to see if it’ll help along with seeing if I can get a cheaper option to get more UVB in my life since it seemed to really help.
