Out here trying to make Guttate Psoriasis look cute 😅 . When I was on vacation about two weeks ago, these bumps started showing up allllll over my body. I thought it was an allergic reaction to the cactus (when I stepped on one in Arizona and had to get the spikes removed in the emergency room lol) . I went to the dermatologist and they removed some of the bumps, gave me a couple stitches and did a biopsy. Results came back as guttate psoriasis Which is most likely causes by stress 🙃 . I’ve been under a lot of stress all 2019, some good (everything at work cause I love my job) but some unfortunate (basically my whole living situation - my old building manager harassing me, strangling my dog, etc). . Although I’ve kept a positive attitude (with a couple breakdowns) throughout the stress, I guess it caught up to me physically. . Working on reducing my stressors and doing more stress relieving activities :) and for now, rocking the bumps - stitches get removed and treatment starts tomor...
