This was a class in the Kenan-Flagler Business School where I was placed on a team of student consultants for a dairy farm in rural Panamá. Our objective was to find a way to sustainably increase the farm's profits. For 2.5 months, from January to March, we researched best practices for dairy farms, collected data, and interviewed farmers around Orange County to become subject matter experts.
