. Visited the Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket, Thailand today. . . These elephants were rescued from horrible mistreatment by their previous owners. It broke my heart to hear their stories. How people can be do cruel, I can’t comprehend. . I’m grateful they can live out their years being loved and cared for now. . . It was an honor to be in their company as they trusted us enough to allow us to pet their trunks and feed them. . .
