"Fear is easy, hope is real"⠀ ⠀ Introducing Jason Chu (@jasonchumusic). He is a Chinese-American rapper/activist based in Los Angeles. He makes music to "speak hope and healing in a broken world." Without question, his beat and bars are intentional and focused– blending introspective lyricism with captivating, high energy (ie. his song "AYCE"). As a creative, lionhearted artist, he's doing it all: shared poetry at the Obama White House (featured in the Chinese American Museum), produced music heard on Warrior and Wu-Assassins, and spoke on the intersectionality of Asian-American identity and hip-hop culture on BBC, NBCA, and at Yale, to mention a few. Hop in on his adventures for hope. ⠀ For a better world collectively, change is now. ⠀ ⠀ Check out what he's cookin' up to at jasonchumusic.com ⠀
