What I thought was going to be a smooth, healthy pregnancy (or three…) turned into the longest journey of my life. Being pregnant at 22 was hard. But what was even harder was going through a series of debilitating pregnancies back to back, and facing these struggles alone while my husband was deployed in the Marines. ⁣ ⁣ Being so down and out was really hard for me both mentally, physically and spiritually. I spent countless days wondering what the heck was going on and why God was putting me through this.
