Meal prepping is super helpful when planning and preparing meals for families of all sizes. Here are some tips for meal prepping from OUR office to YOU:
-Gather all the leftovers from the week & use the various ingredients to make a delicious soup or chowder
-Use meal planning as a way to schedule themed dinners for your family. (Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, or Stir Fry Fridays!)
-Shop local!! Use meal planning as the perfect excuse to pick up fruits and veggies in bulk from your local farmer’s market
